TDR Group Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

TDR Group (TDR Systems OU, TDR Estonia OU, TDR Finland Oy) follow The Conflict Minerals RegulaDon – EU 1 January 2021, which is aiming to ensure that EU importers of 3TG (tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold) meet international responsible sourcing standards, set by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and that global and EU smelters and refiners of 3TG source responsibly.

TDR Group consists of Electronics Manufacturing Services companies, and does not manufacture, own or sell any product(s) under its own legal company brand or name. All TDR producDon is enDrely according to our customer designs and specificaDons. TDR is not at sourcing materials that are manufactured by any manufacturer other than directed or approved by our customer and according to their instrucDons. TDR does not source directly any of the 3TG minerals and promotes the traceability and the transparency of the supply chain.

TDR Group expects its suppliers to source conflict minerals from responsible sources and to exercise due diligence towards their sub suppliers to be compliant for the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) code of conduct (Version 8.0, 2024) for all the deliveries made to TDR.
